Star Trek: TNG Blu-ray audio issues

News has reached us that the Star Trek: The Next Generation - Season One Blu-ray box set suffers from errors in the audio presentation. On a number of episodes, the audio has been mixed to the front right and left channels in addition to the centre leading to a 'tinny echo'.

One of the problem episodes is the series pilot, Encounter at Farpoint, which has already had a Blu-ray release without these issues, so the problem appears to be in the mastering of the discs in the boxset. The full list of episodes that suffer from this issue follows below. No word yet on replacements from CBS, we'll keep you informed when we know more...
