Fringe final season confirmed

Fringe fans are this morning rejoicing at the news that the Fox show has been confirmed to be returning for a thirteen episode fifth and final season.

Despite an increasingly complex storyline, Fringe has consistently remained high in the ratings and unlike many of its peers has maintained a high quality throughout its run. While we're sad it's now coming to an end, the fact that there will be another thirteen episodes means that the writers have plenty of time to tie things up properly leaving fans with a memorable conclusion...
