The 24 year old talked about reading the final script:

"I literally couldn't read it without crying. It was the most highly-charged read-through I've ever experienced. But I couldn't have asked for a better exit. I don't think it'll be what people expect."

She also commented on the rumours for a Doctor Who movie:

"I think it would be great in a franchise-y sort of way. I'd look forward to sitting down and watching it." And when she was asked on her possible involvement, she replied: "Oh, who knows, I guess you can only cross that bridge when you come to it!"

Other news regarding Doctor Who include the wonderfully reliable Daily Star reporting that one episode of the next series will feature dinosaurs. An 'insider' told the tabloid that the episode will be their own version of Samuel L Jackson's Snakes on a Plane but it will be called...wait for it...Dinosaurs on a Spaceship. The insider commented: "When we said we had a monster series lined up, we meant it."

The new series of Doctor Who will return in the autumn with new companion Jenna-Louise Coleman debuting in the Christmas special. You can view all the latest clips, pictures and games here
